I started writing when I was about 13, I would write short stories in notebooks. When I finally decided to self publish many years later, it was in December 2005. I've always loved words, creating stories and worlds, characters who are flawed yet beautiful all at the same time.
My debut novel was Ace of Harts, which I've re-titled and had polished, and I'll be re-releasing it in May.
It's changed a lot. I can really see the difference and many of my readers who've been following me for years have said they can tell how I've changed. Even though I hop genres, it's the small things I have learned from my editor, and reading other books which creates my own unique style.
Giving back to charity with my writing is fulfilling. Being able to give to any cause is like paying it forward by doing something I love.
Begin loved even when you're not perfect is what everyone strives for. We all have our imperfections, but I think this anthology shows us that even with mental and physical imperfections, everyone is perfect in his/her own way. And they can find love.
I wasn’t broken.
I was merely inhibited.
Yes, I spent some time on Google, and spoke to a close friend of mine who had suffered from this because of a past trauma.
